New York City - Night - Times Square from Above

At night,

while we soar

through the streets,

flying past buildings,

navigating through

alleys below,

the city soars

along with us,

its neon lights

pulsating to

the night’s

heartbeat,

streets winding

like synapses

as we

dance in

each other’s

dreamscapes,

This is a 2.5 second long exposure taken with my Sony A7R while I was high above Times Square at midnight one night. Truly a breathtaking view.

I took this earlier today, as soon as the little girl came up to him Ashton stopped everything to take a picture

You better all fucking reblog this.

I got to reblog this, it’s true

Wow.

This may be the most important thing I’ve ever had on my blog.

This actually brought me to tears

Everyone that see’s this on their dashboard and reblog this no matter what type of blog you are. If not, I’m ashamed of you.

You actually don’t even have to introduce yourself if you don’t want to, i don’t need an a/s/l, we don’t have to do the “hey whats up” “not much you?” thing, you can just say “so at school yesterday this idiot said…” in my ask box and I will gladly converse with you. Like seriously I will just talk to you like we’re best friends.

yeah this is definitely preferable actually

Yes.

When did he stop treating you like a princess?

Domestic violence and abuse can happen to anyone, but the vast majority of victims are young girls and women simply because they are seen as “the weaker sex”.

Did you know:

  • On average, 2 women a week are killed by a current or former male partner. This constitutes to nearly 40% of all female homicide victims.
  • 45% of women are abused/raped by current husbands or partners, 9% by former partners, and a further 29% of perpetrators were otherwise known to the victim. Only 17% are attacked by by strangers.
  • 44% of victims of domestic violence are involved in more than one incident. A large number of women experience the same abuse every single week.
  • On average, a woman is assaulted 35 times before her first call to the police.
  • 30% of domestic violence either starts or will intensify during pregnancy.
  • In almost 75% of incidents, a child is present or in a room closeby.

THIS HAS GOT TO STOP. IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE THIS WAY.

It’s time to show the world that we are not weak and will simply not stand for this kind of ill treatment. Women should be treated as princesses, like Ariel and Cinderella, who should never have to live in fear of their so-called Prince Charming.

It’s time to stand up. To speak out. To be heard.

i think freckles, stretch marks, tattoos, bruises, birthmarks and scars are probably the coolest thing, you started with almost a blank canvas and look at u now, all this evidence that you’ve lived and the sun has shone on you and you’ve grown and maybe tripped up a few times and liked an image so much u made it a permanent part of u, beautiful.

my sister just tried to ask me if i wanted to go to bed but instead it came out “Do you need to use the sleep?”

and then she just kinda looked really horrified at herself and whispered

"Maybe i need to use the sleep"
